    How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

    Please contact us to cancel an order, to change quantities, or create a new order with the additional quantities.

    How do I track my order?

    Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can also see the status of your order by logging into your account.

    My order never arrived.

    Log into your account to view the status of your order. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays your tracking number, please check with the shipping carrier (UPS or USPS) to verify that your package was delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.
