In Amy's Greenhouse, six hundred Pre-Kindergarten through 2nd grade students do garden projects through the school year. They carve pumpkins, propagate spider plants and plant amaryllis bulbs. Join them as they show you the student projects and events that are held in Amy's Green house.

Amy's Greenhouse is a living memorial to Amy O'Doherty who perished at the age of 23 on September 11th, 2001 at the World Trade Center. Amy was the daughter of Ms. Geraldine Davie, a now retired Pre-K teacher at Henry Barnard Early childhood Center in New Rochelle, New York. The Greenhouse attempts to transform sadness into a positive experience.
